Arjun is a serial entrepreneur, AI engineer, and deep-tech connector who has founded and advised multiple startups. With a passion for bridging the gap between groundbreaking research and industry applications, Arjun created the Deep-Tech Community to connect researchers, VCs, and industry partners. Inspired by conversations with top deep-tech researchers from Stanford, MIT, and Harvard, he recognized the need to bring these innovations into real-world solutions. His leadership fosters collaboration, ensuring that transformative ideas don't stay confined to labs.

Jason is an aerospace engineer at NASA Ames Research Center with expertise in rotorcraft design for terrestrial and extraterrestrial missions. Having contributed to NASA's New Frontiers Dragonfly mission since 2016, Jason's focus lies in rotor blade design and system integration. His research at the intersection of machine learning and high-performance computing drives his mission to push boundaries in aerospace engineering while fostering globally diverse teams. As a community leader, Jason builds the bridge between AI/ML experts with the deep-tech community to tackle ambitious scientific challenges.

David has over two decades of experience at the intersection of technology and business innovation, leading global-scale initiatives across companies like Google, Meta, Dolby, Microsoft, and RIM/Blackberry. His work has reached billions of users and generated hundreds of millions in commercial impact. At Google, he served as Strategic Product Partnerships and Go-to-Market Lead for Rich Business Messaging, driving 350% year-over-year growth. During his four years at Meta, he led Global Product Marketing for Telco and Tech Ads, managing a team of 35+ professionals across multiple continents and overseeing multi-billion dollar ad product lines. David has consistently led product strategies that scale from startup ecosystems to multinational corporations, helping define how businesses engage with customers through platforms like WhatsApp, RCS, Facebook Messenger, and Google's Business Messaging ecosystem.

Pratikshya is a PhD student at the Center for Geospatial Analytics at NC State University. Her work focuses on developing advanced methods to integrate LiDAR and UAV data for accurate terrain modelling. With a background in Geospatial Systems Engineering from Texas A&M University, she is also contributing to projects that integrate AI into GIS. As a leader of the Research Triangle chapter, Pratikshya brings together geospatial researchers and industry experts to drive AI innovation in analytics and environmental science.

TJ is a solutions architect and research scholar focusing on AI governance and high-performance computing workloads. His expertise lies in leveraging generative AI to drive business innovation and optimize technical strategies. With a strong background in architecting scalable AI solutions, TJ leads the Oakland chapter, bringing together industry professionals and AI researchers to explore the next frontier in AI advancements.

Lizzie is a PhD researcher in Materials Science at the University of Oxford, specializing in nuclear fusion. Her research decouples neutron-induced defects that cause irradiation hardening, aiming to accelerate material selection for future fusion reactors. Passionate about leveraging computational models to advance nuclear materials, Lizzie leads the Oxford chapter of the Deep-Tech Community, where she connects fusion research with AI, helping drive innovation in sustainable energy technologies.
